The ladies are very welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make sure my transition was smooth, I have been going through somethings and the lady showed me concern and sympathetic to my needs, thank you for showing me such kindness and support in my time of need. Great customer service
I was treated super nice on the phone by Brittney, who made made the process much simpler by answering all of my questions and giving me solutions where i wasnt sure how to do this (first time renting a unit). Then, when I went to the office to sign my lease I was treated super nice again by Ashley! She walked me through the process and even showed menthe unit before i signed on it so I could take a look at the space. She showed me everything I needed to know in order to get in and out and always talked to me with a smile on her face (with face mask and all).

Great value with amazing staff
Don't let my 3/5 on the paperwork deter you. The only reason the paperwork took a little longer is because Lori (who was working the front desk) and I were having such a good conversation. As this was my first time renting a storage unit, she answered all my questions and made me feel confident in my choice. She personally took me to my unit, showed me how to get in, and made sure I was happy with the condition of the unit before I left the premises. Would definitely recommend.

Price not as advertised
I had made a reservation for a specific day, got there about an hour before close, but there was a sign on the door saying "be back soon." We ended up waiting for almost an hour for the guy to return and when he finally did, he said he did not have a reservation listed for me. I showed him the confirmation email that I in fact, did have a reservation. So he said he just had a unit open up and I could take it, but the price turned out to be $71 dollars instead of $48 like advertised. Major inconvenience, but the man behind the desk was nice about it.

Good location, good value considering our needs work for a short time.
The price was maybe slightly more than I would have liked, but they offered the second month for free, which made it a good value for our needs. The unit was extremely clean, very accessible, and appears to be quite secure. The customer service was acceptable.

Biggest "issue" was that the rate I was quoted is for a separate facility a few blocks away that is near cement factories, so units end up very dusty. Also it was explained that it's less secure, as the main unit is the manager's living space. I opted to get a space at the main facility for an additional $10/mo.

Great for college students!
As someone who is constantly moving from campus/back home/across the country for internships it's great to know that a place like this exists. It's a bit far from my campus, but it works out wonderfully for me. The price is good and the owner is very helpful when you go in and ask questions.

Not friendly or helpful
They said they did not have my reservation, then when I gave them my code, they said they had it. I was going to have my sister do the paperwork so that I could continue working on moving my stuff. They told me they could not let her rent a unit (even if it was for her). When I said I would have to go somewhere else, they said okay, that is fine. Guess they don't care about renting their units out.
