We looked at the last minute for storage and found this through a web search. Booking agents (I called twice!) were very helpful and courteous. Told me all I needed to know and pointed out several bonus rewards I might be eligible for. Office is small but very efficient. My only issue with this place is price. I remember renting a huge storage unit about 10 years ago for about $30-50/month. The one I just rented here is a 10' x 10' and is $100/month. I just needed a unit fast and didn't shop around for prices so maybe that's my fault or maybe storage unit prices have just changed that much, but it just seems a little steep for such a small unit. Either way this place is awesome otherwise. Very friendly staff and free truck rental is a major plus!

Scott was fantastic- in fact every person I dealt with in this entire process was professional yet warm and real, and made this experience very enjoyable. Storing your things I’m guessing can often have a back story, much on your mind- whatever- and a friendly face and warm smile and genuine welcome can change a day- maybe even a week or more! Yeah, I’m dramatic- but if the service wasn’t amazing I’d be boring. I’ll be LOOKING for opportunities to refer people. (My company tracks the results of great service and it’s huge)

Unit was really small and dirty. Not informed about exit code.

The 5x10 unit I rented was really small - about 4.5 x 8.5 feet. Considerably smaller than the advertised 5x10. It looked like a windstorm had blown a bunch of leaves and dust into the unit. Also, I wasn't told about an exit code. Most other places have sensors on the inside that detect when a vehicle is exiting and opens the gate automatically - had to wait until another truck exited to get out.

The kiosk kept failing and it was freezing outside. THe unit was difficult to find since I had no details of the layout. I got was a unit number 0129 and I finally figured out it was Building 1 unit #29. The price insurance is too high.

I rented this for our daughter after calling many places to get a storage unit. Most didn't have the size we wanted and were more expensive closer to town.
