Excellent service, great price, set-up to store gear was a breeze!
Luce helped me out to get set-up in the storage unit for my gear in no time flat. It was just easy as could be. Manager's honesty was appreciated
It's a storage unit, so what else is there to say except that it was clean and reasonably priced? However, I want to applaud the manager for her honesty. I reserved a unit online, but she encouraged me to view it before completing the rental agreement, because it was oddly shaped, and I'm glad I did. It was listed as a 5' X 10', but was nowhere near that large because the floor was triangular, so I signed up for a different space. She said she had contacted CubeSmart to suggest that they change the reservation site so that it more accurately describes the space but was told they couldn't.

This is a hidden Gem!
Amazing Customer service, really clean facility. Recommend to everyone. I’ve never used a storage facility. They made the process simple and easy to understand. Answered all my questions and even provided additional information I would not have thought about to ask. Great place. You are the thing way more than you paid for.

Awesome luxury storage

Great service, clean location
I couldn't believe the outstanding customer service that Pat McClendon-Jones extended to me. She was very friendly and efficient. The whole place is clean and secure. I was a little taken back by the mandatory insurance charge that almost doubled my rent, but I need the space. Maybe you could post that on your website. I only have about $350 worth of stuff, but had to buy $3000 worth of insurance. Pat was awesome though.

The security, customer service, and heated indoor storage is awesome. I didn't like the additional fees I had to pay besides what is listed. I wish I could have known the full amount before getting there. Other than that everything else was perfect.

SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE!!
I was a Public Storage customer for years. I finally had it with the rudeness and constant rent increases.i found Sparefoot.com. Thank God! They put me in touch with Cubesmart. .I gave notice to P.S. Just by the pics and reviews I saw. I took a chance and I'm so happy I did! ! The Mgr, Keith is awesome! So polite, such a great customer service person. And Janet who got me signed up was simply wonderful! I ended up with a bigger unit and I'm so happy! I feel like my belongings are at home, not just in some strange place that's not even climate controlled. Thank you All!!! Diana

Good quality, good service
The price was good and the guy at the desk was very helpful. The only problem was that one of the loading bays was broken and we had to park our car elsewhere and had to carry our boxes further. The unit was dirty when we got there but the guy cleaned it out immediately.

Wonderful Facility! Excellent Staff.
The folks there were fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful. The space was clean and the move was relatively smooth. One observation is that the entry doors are limited by height, so a large moving truck (over 16 ft in length) may not fit in the loading dock. In that case, one must offload on the street and go up a ramp that is not optimally smooth. It makes the moving a bit more difficult, but certainly not impossible.

Quick and painless
Reserved a 5x5 online and realized while moving, it wasnt going to be big enough. Customer service was spot on. Reservation was changed w no hassle and was still givin the internet price for the bigger uniy. Helpfull. Knowledgable. Cant complain

I ended up having to get a larger size storage unit than the one that I reserved, and the woman at the front desk walked me around to 5 different units until we found one that would work well. She was very helpful and friendly the entire time. I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone.
