Well priced and convenient
The staff and service are very good; the facility is generally clean. In my limited experience, a few things were temporarily not working-- including the cooling in the section in which my storage unit is located-- but overall the facility is kept in good shape.

Great service and spaces!!
The units are well sized and clean. Since I came by myself, the staff waited for me with a cart ready to unload my stuff. Additionally, I got an amazing discount online for only $20 a month. I am incredibly happy about finding this storage space for the summer. You should definitely rent here, won't regret it a bit!

Over all experience was fair, I believe the customer service ruled over all. Was not enough help due to one person there and I assume that is why floors where a little dirty. Just a few minor things, but I would recommend facility.

I sort of feel like I was duped because of price discrepancies between the online reservation and the actual in person price. There was a special deal online and it was unclear that said price was only for one month. Also I did not see that there is mandatory insurance when booking online. so instead of $25 per month, I'm paying almost $60. While this is a great deal for Chicago, it is much more than I expected / really have the means to pay.

I just moved my belongings on Sunday and I moved more stuff yesterday and noticed COCHROCHES?!!! So I looked to see where they were coming from and I saw many of them in the hall way!!! I am very upset and disgusted bc I never had roches and now my stuff will be infested!! Please do something :-(

The employees there were very courteous and helpful. Two days into my rental I asked if I could transfer from a 2nd floor unit into a unit of the same size and monthly rate on the 1st floor (hoping to get closer to the loading area), it was done within minutes without any issues and/or additional fees. The staff person at the front desk even checked to see if the 1st floor unit was clean and swept the floor one more time to be sure even though he wasn't part of the cleaning staff. This is the kind of service that makes for loyal customers.

Great customer service.
The attendant was attentive & explained everything step by step. He was so funny, that time flew by. The facility is so clean and bright that it doesn't even seem like a storage center. I'm not too happy about the $22 admin fee, but the unit price can't be beat.

Excelent facility overall.
Amazing customer service (gave us an extra month at half off), a very clean facility, coded doors for walk in, and even a pull through drive area, only real complaint is the $20 admin fee tacked onto the first month and that we have to get some kind of insurance for the unit (about $7 more a month) Still ended up being about $15 a month less than the next cheapest facility though so I can't complain too much.
All in all a very well run place that I feel is a good value without skimping on security or cleanliness.

I rented 2 units at the facility and they met all of my needs. The promotion I was offered on the 2 units was cheaper on one big larger one, and the 2 units are almost next to each other, so very convenient. Highly recommend
