Extremely Happy
I was out of the state when I found out our storage place gave away our trailer parking spot to another customer. With a day and a half to find a 30" trailer spot, I called up Next Door Self Storage. Kat was beyond helpful! She looked at what she had available and tried to find me the spot that has the most swing room. When I got to the facility, Kat and I went to where the unit would be parked. It was a little tight getting into the spot but it fit. After I got the trailer set up, I went back into the office to get paperwork filled out. Kat let me know that another spot would be opening up soon that would give me more swing room to get the trailer in and out. She made a note for her or her colleague to give me a call as soon as the location was free. I can't stress enough how great it was working with this facility and especially working with Kat to get everything set up in less than 48 hours.

Very personable and polite.
When entering to rent a unit was created promptly and was treated very respectfully was also pleased with the friendlyness I was shown (making me laugh and joking around). I was also very pleased with the helpfulness and the cleanliness of the units. However I do feel that thee very large potholes should be addressed. But that is the only complaint I would say have. But will definitely refer to anyone I know looking to store belongings thank you.

I'm being charged $43 more than the guy next to me because I have been there longer. That makes no sense to me and I think that's unfair. Time to move my tools elsewhere!

Great location and accessability
Needed a storage unit at this last minute. Reserved the unit online and on arriving the gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. Also had a great sense of humor (which we needed after a very stressful day). Good location, easy access and extended gate hours are exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Great service and pricing. The free truck for moving is an extra benefit that really comes in handy. It wasn't available when i moved, but I was still given credit for the one I rented when i showed my receipt.
