On-site manager "Joe" is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The facility is clean, well maintained and the dolly carts provided are extremely convenient for moving large and heavy items. There was no indication of rodent infestation and no offensive odor. The only reason I didn't give "5s" across the board is due to less than bright lighting in the storage unit itself. The hallways, walking areas, and restrooms are very well lit however the interior of the actual storage unity is significantly less well lighted. It is adequate and we can definitely see and could open and look through our storage boxes, but brighter lighting would be nice. Overall it is a great facility and the manager is top quality!,

Hidden charges
Have to have insurance (tacked onto monthly bill) and have to use a certain lock (which they sell)for the insurance to pay out if there is a need. (Neither was required at my last storage unit.) Beginning paperwork takes a while. Everything else was fine/nice. The facility has small units that other places don't have. Even with insurance, this space was less expensive than renting a larger space that I didn't need. Very clean. Nice manager.

Thoroughly impressed!!!
Everything was easy peasy and smoothe sailing. No mandatory meeting with manager before rental which meant faster entry to the property to get my belongings in storage on such short notice. It literally took 10 minutes to process after payment and i recieved the entry code.....
Very impressed all the way around, including management, clean prpoerty, and the fact that i feel like my belonging are safe from theft or weather damage is the best.

Great on price and convenience
The facility is easy to access (gate code for outside normal office hours) and has unbeatable rates. Carts made it easier to move items from the moving truck to the storage unit. However, I didn't visit the facility before making my reservation, so I hadn't expected my unit to be down at the end of a hall and around a corner. That made moving bigger pieces of furniture more work than I had planned for, but it all worked out. Customer service was very helpful in completing the reservation over the phone, but I like that there is also a kiosk on site where you can complete or edit your reservation, pay your bill or buy a lock for your storage unit.

From the first call I made to inquire on the unit when I found it on line to the second call I received from the local facility manager (I think), Dana, to the gentleman that helped me with the paperwork (Cole) - every one of them very accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and very willing to help in any way they could. For some people a storage unit holds valuable and sentimental items. It's a good feeling when you know your belongings are being taken good care of.
