Cubesmart was a smart decision

Not the best
My reservation was set for Monday at the romeoville location. I drove from North Carolina, received a confirmation that I was ready to move in the day of, and once I got there, there was no reservation in place. I received a call the week before from the manager telling me that my unit had to be canceled because another customer had to move into it, but that come Monday I would have another unit. I was forced to relocated to the Plainfield location which is farther from my home. I am highly disappointed in the lack of communication.

Good storage service, watch the tires
I understand this is new ownership working to clean things up. My only concern was several loose bolts and nails in the driveways can puncture a tire as you pull up. Apart from that place is clean, storage well sealed, price very reasonable, service helpful and personable, and customer processing smooth and easy. I am glad I found this place, though keep a sharp eye on the road pulling my car up to the storage bay.

Good cheap storage
It's a good facility for a place that was for-closed on for a long time. They offer good pricing and a decently secure area. Their customer support is really good and so is the manager char who was there when I moved in
