It was very easy and quick. The person was very nice and showed me the unit first. He asked if I liked that one or if I wanted to
Look at a different locker, which was nice of him to check.
Remember to bring a lock or purchase one there and you will need to purchase insurance there if you do not have your own.
It was a very easy process and I was able to move in right then.!!

Overall satisfied with the unit & the customer service I received
Overall pretty satisfied with the unit and the customer service I received from Rob. The only thing I would suggest is to let the customer know during the quote about the required insurance and to submit a copy of the renters or home owners insurance declaration page. Listed all the associated fees upfront not after the unit have been reserved.
