Got help over the phone at kiosk on a closed office sunday. Notified after I paid there are no more padlocks but we can get one so we did and came back.

Friendly from the start
Very flexible upon setting up the first meeting. Explanation at the contract signing went very well.

Easy access and excellent service. Facilities have very good security and there are absolutely no funky smells!
Me like place, place goooooooooood, easy put stuff in 5 by 5 it work when stack ting like tetris game by Nintendo Tetris is Fun!!! me like make fun time with personal boxes of stuff for stacking in place for fun storage yeeeeeeahhhhhh!!!!!

Using the kiosk was a great experience, nice and fast and it even have me the lock right there. Only problem was I didn't realize there was two lots at the Hobart facility, and nor did customer service. Needless to say I drove around for fifteen or twenty thinking the kiosk printed me a locker that wasn't available.
