Everything was easy to find
I couldn’t find weather you supplied the lock or we did on website and was unable to reach anyone on phone. Phone system was on the fritz.

Avail not the best
Avail not the best. Got a great deal on 1 unit. Tried to charge almost double for my second unit and they charge an admin fee on every unit. Other storage facility only charges 1 !! Not thrilled with being taken. WILL NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Had a few hiccups to begin with ...
Had a few hiccups to begin with storage I had reservations with units where not usable big broken mirror and trash left by last renter part of interior wall tore away next we looked at part of ceiling tore away not clean not usable had friends helping me and a truck that had to be back at a certain time but we had to be sent to another Public storage much better condition did get unit there I would suggest if at all possible that you go get your storage and all that taken care of before the day you move in even though I made reservations online they're still paperwork and things that you have to do and it's much wiser to do it ahead of time in case you do run into any problems

David was a wonderful help, he showed me the storage unit explained the agreement and went over all the fees. It's nice to have someone knowledgeable in these situations. If it wasn't for him and his helpful attitude and polite non pushy get this now spirit I would still be looking for a storage unit. Thanks David.

I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone who needed a storage facility. From making my reservation to going to view my actual unit, the customer service I received was excellent! Everything was explained to me before I signed and paid for my unit. Without a doubt I will definitely always use Public Storage for my storage needs!
