Very clean and secure
Just put 2 very expensive cars in a 10x40 unit - Manager was very helpful and let me confirm cars would fit ok before renting - I feel very comfortable having my investments there and know they are secure.

Great Value and Hassle free
Customer service is great.. friendly and very helpful staff. The units are clean and i like that they have indoor as well as outdoor accessible, climate controlled units that are affordable. The rental truck and carts that are available on location make moving your things easy. This is my second time (both between moves) using this facility and I will continue to go back if/when I need storage services in the future.

Helpful staff and easy process!
Andrew at the front desk was very helpful and open. He explained everything very clearly, helped me get set up with auto-pay and clarified anything I needed to know. The whole facility was clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Awesome facility
This is my second time renting a space from Central Self Storage. They have the lowest prices around, a very secure building, and the management is friendly and helpful. As a bonus, they have thier own box truck that you can rent, to move your things (perfect!). I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a storage space in the area.

The facility is in a nice location; requiring passcodes to get into secure areas reassures me that my belongings are protected. Amenities are nice, having handcarts available to help with the move was very appreciated. Andrew was very friendly, professional, and informative. Laid everything out for me and made sure I knew everything I needed to. I feel very secure having my belongings stored there.

Convenient Location
My associates and I needed a central location to store some equipment for our Toastmasters group. With several cartons of equipment and supplies, it was not convenient for only one person to store all of the materials in his or her home. We needed a central location for our key officers to have access. This location will be easy for us to find, and at a price below what we had originally budgeted.

Carts were very convenient during our move in, just wished the door inside stayed open by itself. The magnetic door holder was broken. Besides that out experience was pleasant.

Very pleased!
My boyfriend and I had been looking for a small climate controlled storage unit to just store some odds and ends that we didn't have room for in our small apartment. This unit was so much more reasonably priced than any others in the area (about a $25 per month difference), but what really makes this such a great place to store your things is the office manager, Hannah. She really makes you feel at home and like your stuff will be safe and secure there. I would recommend Central Self Storage to my friends and family in a heartbeat.

My wife & I are a recent addition to this storage facility, but so far have been very pleased. The only thing we haven't liked is every time we stop in, whether it's operating hours or after, the gate has been raised allowing access in and out to any passersby.

Hanna does everything she can to help, she is great!

The only thingI found that I did not like was the 4 wheel carts. They need new wheels as one had a wheel that was smaller than the other 3 causing it to shake and my items fell off while pushing it. The other one had a broken wheel, bolts broken and wheel flopping around. The third card was too small to put my items on it.

Staff is awesome. They take care of problems quickly and efficiently. Storage units are nice and clean. There have been a few problems with codes and the gate, but all is taken care of in a friendly manner.

Moving to a smaller space
Hannah, the manager, was extremely helpful and professional. My only complaint is the lack of flatbeds to move bulky items from the car to the storage unit. Hannah indicated that additional flatbeds have been ordered. Good!
