Charged me 16.00 more then price I reserved.
I never got a free month. I paid on July 24 20024. 71.00 instead of the 43.00 a month for which I reserved the unit. Then 2 days later on July 26, 2024, they took another 16.45 out of my account. My rent was to remain the same at 43.00 a month if I signed up for the autopay. On August 26 2024 they charged me 59.00. Now they say they are raising the rent on October 23 2024 to 73.00.

By far the greatest customer experience.
This is my first time renting with this facility, to say I was very satisfied, would be putting it mildly.
I found myself in an emergency situation ,,and the mgr was extremely helpful. The customer service
I received was 150%,
Hands down the absolute best rental experience , I have ever had !!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE
dont use this service this place stole my items and i have never missed a payment and was not given proper notice to retrieve my items i was told that the only reason she did not give me the notice was because i was in another state and it would have to be retrieved in 24 to 48 hours/, first of all, she didn't knows where was and didn't me time or notice/her name i Christina she very rude and does not need dealing with people my mom's ashes were in my storage so of course, i would have retrieved my property she was yelling asking what did i want her to do she probably has them in her house allegedly i have to contact lawyers and sue this is an outrage to treat peoples property like that without the proper procedures i have every correspondence as well as the records then she wants to say she will contact the buyer well she may not have to look far allegedly she is the corporate if i could give negative 100 i would do not use this place

I done business with this company over 3 years after my mother passed away I stored her belongings. I lost all my mothers belongings and Cremation remains. Christina the office manager was aware I lived in Florida and never gave me an option to pick up my property. I have always paid my bill. Due to the hurricane and state of emergency she stated she noted account and all was good however sold all the items including my mother's remains 9 days later with no remorse.

THE UNIT WAS "CLEAN, DRY & PERFECT SIZE!"
I CHECKED AROUND EVERYWHERE FOR THE SAME SIZED UNIT, BUT EVERYWHERE ELSE HAD "RIDICULOUS PRICES!!" THEN I CAME UPON PRIME STORAGE WHICH WAS AFFORDABLE, CLEAN & SECURE!! I GIVE U "5 STARS!!"

Feeling of Ease!!
Thank you for making me feel like my belonging are secure and safe. I recently rented storage somewhere else and I have never been treated more inhumane. I was greeted with a smile. I did not catch the clerks name but he was very personable and treated me with the utmost respect. He walked me through the gate access and let me know if, I needed 24 hour access to call and let them know and how much extra it would be. He gave me time to read the lease and look over the insurance policy without being rushed. Thank you so much for your help

Great customer service but the units aren't very clean, but are expensive.
Really nice people. But the difference between the smallest and next smallest units was almost triple the price. Unit stinks badly, and there are bugs. Insulation is falling into my unit. I went in person to report everything, they said they'd call that week and never did. Haven't been able to get resolution. All my belongings now smell like the interior of the unit.

The staff was very professional and the site itself was clean and secure. The only complaint I have is the requirement to sign out of the facility. Most storage placesuse a vehicle sensor to let patrons out while this one requires a sign out.
