The one unit i called that actually answered the phone.
I didn't arrive at storage until almost closing time . Your employee,

Great price and great service
Called all storage units and the Arabi Storage facility reserved a 10x20 foot unit.
No other unit had the size I needed at the price I could afford.

Very Impressed with Staff and the Facility
The whole experience was a good one. It took a very short amount of time to get the paperwork done even with a brand new employee handling her very first lease. Both ladies were friendly, professional and the place was immaculate. I do not live close to the facility but it was the cheapest I could find for what I needed. After the experience I had, it was totally worth the extra drive. I would recommend this facility to others. Good Job Ladies and thank you for your professionalism and your helping hand. This is only the 2nd time I have ever used storage and I was and pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

I did a lot of shopping around for the perfect budget friendly storage. Arabi Self Storage was the ONE. The staff is both friendly and helpful. Very professional environment. Was happy to find a clean, safe, reasonable climate controlled storage. Love the reminder from Paula every month that saves me from those pesty late fees...You guys rock!!!!

clean, no 24 hour access. Do not try to go through the front door with a cart, you may break one of their floor tiles! As if you don't have enough issues with needing storage after a huge move!

the facility is clean and well maintained, low key, and nice to have cold water to drink during a hot move-in! but the limited access hours are frustrating, you should be able to access your personal belongings any time of day or night for the fees that are charged here

Handicap Friendly
This is the first storage that I have found that is handicap friendly. The service was quick and exceptionally friendly. The enterence is very convenient for everyone, many carts were available, very easy access to all storages. This is one storage that I would recommend to my family and friends.

The facility is very clean & the staff is pleasant.
I moved in a unit that was too small. The next day I upgraded 2 a larger unit. The assistant manager happily showed me the next 2 size units and quickly completed the addendum paperwork. The price is reasonable and there are flat bed carts at every exit. So, there are enough to prevent clients from waiting for usage. All units are inside. I'm pleased with my selection.

Fantastic Storage Facility!
We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and professional environment of this facility. They have convenient doors for access with weights to hold the doors open when moving in as well as dollies and baskets on wheels for moving items. The halls are spacious for moving large items too. They have water with cups and a clean bathroom if needed. We would highly recommend this storage facility. (A Tulane University Mom)

Pleasant and Easy!
A very easy, pleasant experience. Veronica at the front desk pulled up my reservation, asked me a few questions, went over the contract with me and that was it! I paid exactly what I was quoted online, and she was charming, knowledgeable and professional. Good work! The storage areas are immaculate and laid out well. There were plenty of moving carts available, and it probably took me less than half an hour to get everything moved from the truck into my storage space. I would highly recommend Arabi Self Storage Station.

Very Clean Facility & Polite Staff
I have rented a 5x5 non-climate controlled unit. Because of the construction type, it is much cooler than other non-controlled facilities.
