Amy was so kind, thorough, helpful and professional with helping me secure a storage unit!!! Also, Leslie, who assisted me on the phone prior to meeting Amy on site, was amazing as well! They both made it easy and enjoyable to go through the process.

Great!
The service was great and they had locks for purchase on site. The unit was clean and easy to get to. The free moving truck was large and gas efficient. I booked through selfstorage.com and got a great discount. Make sure to get the right size unit because they fill up fast. I would highly recommend this facility.

The employee explained all the paperwork. They answers the telephone very politely. Everything went well like she said. Except the truck policy should be a little different. Like you should be able to use it for two days if needed because they only give u 50 miles for free and I had two trips to make which required 100 miles. Then they are charging me $111 dollars more. In which I don't have. I had the truck the next day. Why couldn't she have taking 50 of those miles off, so I could have only owe for half of that.

Very professional, easy transaction
Tanya was very responsive. I reserved online the night before we moved in with no issues. She followed up first thing in the morning and we were moved in the next afternoon. Paperwork was pretty simple. Clean facility and decent location for us. Overall, a good experience.

!!RATE INCREASE!!
I was satisfied when I signed up for a rental unit there. They were friendly, clean and fast. However, I had to sign a year lease and half way through my year they went up 20 dollars. That is bad business ... and they won't get mine next year!

Great Service
I am presently renting a storage at Marquis Ranch, the Manager Susan is excellent, the customer service she provided is great, I am very happy leaving my belongings there. The place is spotless, she offered me everything I needed to make my packing better, offered me cool water, is safe and having a truck available to move in is very greatful, I highly recommend this self storage where you will get great customer service, prices, neatness and security.

Clean, organized, friendly professional staff
The manager was courteous, professional, organized and friendly. The entire place is very clean, the temperature inside is comfortable and my unit has easy access. I'm glad I chose this place to store my belongings. I liked the way the gates operated for added security.
I would have rated it as a 5 star rather than 4, if it had security cameras 24-7.
