Disappointing
Unit rental was good until the third month when my unit got covered in water and smoke damage. No one called me and told me about the damage. I lost all of my items and manager had no remorse or tried to assist for the damages. I’m a small business owner and all of my inventory I had stored is ruined.

Exactly what I was looking for
Tammy immediately greeted me when I came inside. She was very informative and helpful. We walked to the storage room, which is perfect, and she explained the alarm system, flat cart usage and front entrance door usage.
The facility was very clean, didn’t have a storage “musty” smell and there are cameras throughout the interior.
Tammy made sure my gate code worked before I left too!!!

Freight elevator
Everything went smoothly except the freight elevator got stuck in the middle of my move-in and I ended up having to carry two cartloads of stuff up the stairs...not fun at all. I don’t like having to use the slow freight elevator...sure hoping it doesn’t mess up when I move stuff out of my storage. Otherwise I didn’t have any other issues.

Price and location are good.
The staff is knowledgeable friendly. The unit was very clean on move-in. Only complaint is it's a long walk from where you unload to freight elevator and stairs but overall once you know where to go it's fine. I'm happy.

Just what we needed
We rented a 10x20 closet. Everything fits, just like they said it would. Use of the carts to move things to the closet was easy, peasy. Security gates worked easily and made us feel more relaxed about our things being under surveillance. Highly recommend this location.

Friendly service, not the cheapest but worth the extra cost.
I love how secure and safe I feel loading and unloading my stuff into my unit. The staff is super friendly. The unit itself could have been cleaned better but it wasn't too bad.

WOW - All I can say!
I am a VERY satisfied customer. In times past I have used other facilities and none of them met my storage needs and offered the kind of customer service I find here. Whenever I've left a message I ALWAYS receive a callback. Also, they periodically offer moving/storage specials!!! They also protect my investment with a great security system and climate/humidity control What's not to like!!!! Try it...you'll be pleased too!!!

Manager and Staff Really Make the Difference
There are lots of storage options in the area, but none have what Mansfield Road Storage offer: an excellent, courteous staff. The manager, Wes, really helped me choose the right unit for me, both by size and price. I could pay over the phone or drop a check in the mail, but I stop in and pay up front because they are truly wonderful to deal with. I am much happier here than I was at my old storage unit (and I pay a little less!)
