When we first got there a young guy said nothing was available even though I had reserved one! We were getting a little aggravated! Then a really super friendly women came in to work and right away she fixed everything! Got our storage area and finished the application. She was very knowledgeable and very caring and friendly! Wish we had more people like het! She deserves acknowledgment and a raise!

Better value than U-Haul storage

Better value than U-Haul storage. Larger units for less money. But the facility both inside units an outside need to be cleaner. Poor lighting on the interior spaces, too many non working lights in hallways.

Wonderful and Friendly Service

The manager that helped me and my mother with our 5X5 space was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly and welcoming. She even spoke to me about my workplace and congratulated me on my new position. She explained everything about the security of the space to both of us and made sure we left with all the information we needed and more that we hadn't even thought about.

Emily treated me as important!! She was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable to the answers to my many questions. Accurate and truly an asset to the company. She was extremely pleasant and explained the process and answers with simplicity. If she did not have the answer, she found out the right answer. Karen, helped my folks from Florida to move up here with ease with the big move they made back to the New England area. Loved being able to reserve a unit online followed up with a call from the on site manager. She was very informative and personable. In previous experience with pretty public storage facilities I was always made to feel that I was an annoyance not a customer, here I felt like an old friend. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family without reserve :)

Karen was a wonderful help to me in a time of need. We called on Saturday morning and she gave us all the information needed. When we showed up she was so friendly and walked us out to the unit to make sure everything wold fit. Every question I asked it was answered without hesitation. Prices are very reasonable for the size of the units. I would definitely refer anyone I know looking for storage to public storage. Thank you so much.
