Great for a first timer
The staff I dealt with was excellent and needed ally questions and helped me feel good about putting my stuff in storage - the facility is very clean and I'm ok with storing my stuff there for a few months NP.

Great Facility, but Some Misleading Details
Facility is new, clean, and really well set-up. That said, our experience with setting everything up was not ideal. We had an online promo on our reservation, but were told when we got there (and only after we asked as we're signing papers) that it wouldn't be valid for the 5x5 locker we booked. They blamed Sparefoot. They also signed us up to move in that day, even though we said we were just there to look at the unit. When I asked about the date, the rep said it was because that was how we'd scheduled our original reservation date and it would be difficult to fix it. It was a difference of $3, so I didn't sweat it. When I got home, I realized that the rep had lied -- my reservation wasn't scheduled to start that day, but in fact my preferred day.

Temporary Storage
Using this facility for temporary storage. Have never done this before and was very pleased to find how easy it was, and how clean, with easy access to storage unit. Front desk customer service made it a very pleasant experience.

Great Storage Facility

Great value for what you receive, the first 2 months were 50% for us with the promo that they were running, and the price after that is definitely the lowest I've seen in the area. The facility is brand new and their Penske moving trucks are very reasonably priced. We got a box truck for about $30/day and $0.79/mile. Great experience!

Awesome place to rent a storage unit!
Great location! Very clean! Very easy to access unit as well as a drive-in enclosed garage for unloading and loading your belongings. Customer service was outstanding! Robert and William will show you the unit and were extremely quick to get me checked-in and process the paperwork. They sell boxes, tape, locks, etc. and have Penske rental trucks ready to roll if need be. Highly Recommended!! Definitely a 5-star business!!
