Awesome Site Manager

The site manager gave me a call after my Internet inquiry and offered for me to come take a look at the storage area that I requested. While I was there she provided some options and allowed me to look at other available storage areas and explained the pricing. She did everything over the phone and I received my access code the day before move in. Thanks for help and awesome customer service!!

Great experience!

Miss Bernie was extremely pleasant and nice to assist me in the process of getting my storage unit acquired. She showed the unit before proceeding and explained the process thoroughly. I’m hoping the unit isn’t needed long term, but will definitely go back there if I need another.

Brand new, Great price!

No hidden fees, no shady business practices. The place is brand new. It's clean and shiny. The manager Ms. Bonnie was great with communication; gave me my unit number and entry code a day before move-in day since the office is closed on Sundays. They have large carts that are free and easy to use. No wobbly or squeaky wheels. The elevators are also spacious. Bathrooms are clean and they have water fountains.
