A lot things broken
I used his facility because it’s close to my home and convenient. But last time I used this, the doors won’t open, it was broken and customer service hang up on me 2 times. The manager didn’t answer my calls. I had to return home with my truck still packed with things. I was not able to store anything that cold and wintry day.
Last Saturday, the elevator was broken so I had to go around to find a working elevator. There was also no cart available so that took about 45 minutes of my time looking for elevator and cart.
They should add more carts specially on weekends and make sure the elevators are always working and same thing with the doors.
Another important thing is - have a helpful customer service or technician always available even on Sundays.

The website is user friendly, easy to make an online reservation, staff (in person) super friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. The facilities are clean and always smell fresh.

Great place to leave your stuff.
Cube smart is a nice storage place to put your stuff in. I got a good price on the space and it was very efficiently done real quick and easy.
Plus it is close to home which is good too.
Future wise will use them again.

I was very pleased with the sin up of my storage unit> Mr. Johnson was professional and very courteous. He took me to the unit before I even signed any paperwork to make sure I was satisfied and I am. I think I made a great choice on the storage facility I choose. Also, the price that I got was exceptional for the size that I got 5X5. Very pleased with everything.

Clean and spacious
