My only complaint was that the door of my unit is damaged and there’s no way that I alone could lift the door and lock my lock on the hole. My son had to lift the door while I locked it so I don’t know how I would ever do it if I was alone.

The self storage facility is near 275 & Ford which offers easy access to the freeway or to the surrounding neighborhoods depending on where you’re coming/going.

The folks at the facility were very helpful. Although the numbering system isn’t abundantly clear (could be due to me rushing to move), the facility is nice and well maintained. Easy access in and out of the facility as well.

Honestly I will use this storage when I get to Michigan. The staff there has been very fair and helpful. I didnt know what i needed and thanks to trained staff there they provided me with the right unit for my stuff. Unfortunately I wasnt able to make it there in time for my storage unit. And they checked on me as well as reminded me. Which was very useful if your anything like me and have a busy life and cant remember everything. I was able to cancel my storage room at no penalty. And they even ensured me that I could use them when I do finally arrive. very proffessional and friendly..... sending Greast Thanks all the way from Tennessee!

I love this facility; they're so accommodating! When there was a mixup in the unit we requested, which was our fault because we misjudged the measurements, they did everything they could to get us in an appropriate unit. They're fair and understanding. The pricing for our temperature-controlled unit is better than most places we looked. I would definitely recommend this facility.
