Cheap alternative for storing cars
Moved in just fine. Tight space between the units so backing up a car in the unit was sort of hard. Clean unit. Move in process had a couple of set backs but it was smooth.

C. R. Storage is clean, handy to go to, easy to access, friendly.
I find renting a storage from Coon Rapids storage, is a good way to care for my items while sorting them, and getting them ready to sell, and/ or reorganize my house. The 10X10 size works quite well. C.R. Storage is in a handy location from my House.and am satisified with the specials by paying for several months at a time.
C.R. Storage is well kempt ,in a quiet area, off the beaten path, with a nice, .friendly business rreceptionest .With alot of oeople comin g and going.

Friendly and thorough.
Instructions were clear. Office staff engaging and friendly, yet still thorough. Everything explained verbally and in writing. That was important since I was tired and not sure how much I would retain. Megan led me through choosing the best size unit and Timel entertained me through what is usually the boring paperwork.

This facility has a lot of space and garages for storing your vehicle.
The facility has a good number of garages for storing your vehicles. It's off the highway, with a locked gate and video surveillance, so it feels pretty secure. The access hours are also long.

Megan's communication was excellent when I ran into some problems & had to change my move-in date. She was also very helpful, patient, courteous, & professional as I stood at the desk trying to troubleshoot some of my moving/storage concerns (concerns not related to Coon Rapids Storage). She was wonderful at coming up with suggestions to help meet my needs!!!

Property Manager was flexible w/our move in date (whether Tuesday or Wednesday); Some details were left out (such as needing insurance and providing our own lock, little things I was unaware of having never rented a unit before) but easily solved as we had a lock on hand and insurance was provided at cost. The gated entry was left a little vague, but a quick phone call granted us access upon initial arrival. The entry is a little cluttered w/vehicles and guest parking was unclear, however, we were able to access our unit and get settled. Property ownership just changed hands and the office will supposedly be going under remodel. Pallets were available and the property manager helped us get them into our unit and arranged appropriately. Overall, we are satisfied w/customer service and friendly staff.
