I have rented several storage units at various Public Storage facilities over the past several years and this one located at 47th & Raytown Road is by far the best in many ways. The property is very well kept, no trash or litter strewn about, the individual units and main buildings are all in good, clean condition and working order, no broken doors or peeling paint, the grounds are well lit, all lights were working and the customer service provided by the property manager, CJ, was very friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating which made the leasing process a very pleasant experience, she let me know that my business was appreciated and that she would be happy to help if I needed anything further. How refreshing it is to do business with someone who actually cares, takes pride in what they do and does it so very well with the utmost of sincerity.

When I got there to see how they can help me she was so sweet and patience with me she showed me the storage unit and we loved it it was clean and she took good care of us her name is CJ she will make you laugh so hard so if you come in there mad you will leave happy I pray God Almighty bless her because not everyone knows how to do that thank you CJ for being a wonderful person.

So far, so good!
I rented a storage space for my brother, who is currently in a nursing home recovering from cancer surgery. I had to find a place quickly since we had to vacate his apartment by the end of the month. Public Storage was highly recommended. The property manager was very friendly and very thorough explaining the costs, rules and regulations, etc. The storage area was clean and well lit. I am pleased that I made the right choice.
