Mold mold mold
This unit was at the back. When we went to our unit in Sept we had thick mold and much of it black on all items from the waist down. Awful!! Beware of a real moisture problem.

The office smelled like cigarette smoke. It was do bad that the smell of smoke was in my clothes after only 10 minutes in office

I rented a 5x8 for the same rate as some smaller units elsewhere. I chose Shur-Lock for that reason. My unit was swept clean and there were some pallets available to stack my boxes on. The person who worked in the office was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, but unit very dirty, and no security cameras.
This storage unit is close to my home, and is used to store those "overflow items" from a recent move. The staff and online customer service was outstanding, but there is an apparent lack of security cameras and the actual rented unit was very, very, dirty, although the facility itself was very clean. They provided a lock and key, and skids to put our boxes on, if we wanted. The risk of the nearby creek overflowing, is somewhat of a concern.

This facility has been a life saver! Easy, quick, clean, and secure, and nice and helpful management!
I have found a very helpful staff and a clean and easily accessible large storage unit with good security and a good foundation for my leftover home belongings. I am happy with the facility and the service, always easy and accessible.
