I have been a customer for nearly 10 years & have 4-6 units!

Monique is great to work with. She is helpful, professional, and facility is Immaculate! I have never had to call management for ANYTHING ever! I have lost my keys before and she is always there and willing to stay into lunch if you are coming by to drop a payment. She walks th facility am - pm. There are a lot of storage facilities, but none compare to this facility because of Monique!

Customer service is AWESOME!

I reserved a unit on-line easily. When I went in to sign the paperwork everything was ready for me. The service was excellent, paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. The unit was clean. They have everything you need including insurance and locks or you can provide your own of both.

Not 24/7

Only negative I have is not having 24/7 access to the unit, the likelihood I would ever need to get anything after 22:00 is slim to none but with keypad access, not sure why access hours are in place.
