Late arrival taken care of
Hello. Just wanted to let you know we arrived late and the manager had places to be as well, but had spent the time to make sure we could get in there that evening, which was critical for our plans not to fall apart. We were moving from Indianapolis to O fallon and decided we needed this unit last minute and she had taken care of us.

The facility seems to be well kept and clean. Any concerns were mentioned and handled. i reserved a facility a couple of weeks before I needed it and they made sure my area was there when the need arose. Very pleased!
