Very friendly staffed
The kiosk was broken. But everything else was wonderful. The guy that was working Sami messing with the kiosk and came out to help me and was very friendly and efficient. It only took about 15 minutes the sign all the paperwork get insurance and have full access to my secure climate control unit.

Great people to work with!
I have rented 2 units. They keep it clean and easy to get to my units. The manager took me to see units available at my request on very cold rainy day on a golf cart. He went out of his way so I could get the unit the size and location best for me.

So far so good, AAA is a great selling point
Process was fast and easy, facility is relatively clean (better than most). Staff is great! She recommended something that was specific to my scenario which made a huge difference in my storage activities. The lot opens early 6am and closes at 10pm which allowed me to make multiple trips in one day. I'm very satisfied with how far things have gone in the past week.
There was a clerical error but was quickly resolved when I pointed it out. Credit card was shown only at signing for the space to avoid complications.

After reserving a unit online, we went to the facility to take a look at the unit. The storage unit was incredibly clean and free of all dirt, etc. Paperwork was no issue and all our questions were answered professionally. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unit in the area.

We were first in line when the office opened; man on desk seemed a little overwhelmed a bit by all he people that showed up after us. There are some sensitive personal information questions he asked us which was required for paperwork that we would have preferred to answer without everyone behind us breathing down our necks. A more formal waiting area needed away from where you fill out paperwork maybe or another helper when first opening? Assigned storage unit was locked with previous renter's lock even though it was listed as empty. Fortunately, there was another unit available that fit our needs. We are storing a car for three months. It bottomed out going over some of the concrete ramps and driveways with sharp drop-offs. It's a matter of the topography of the land the facility sits on at the entrance. Possibly some better warning or marking on those areas needed? Even though it looks like a well-maintained facility - appears relatively new and very clean - we are a little concerned about the big gap at the bottom of the front entrance security gate. It should keep most people out, but someone intent on getting in for mischief could crawl under that gap. Overall, pleased.

Well I reserved my space from the 1-800 number. I informed them of exactly what I had and they advised me on the size space I needed. When I arrived at the facility I had a friendly experience and all was well. I chose not to see the space because I was moving in the next day and I had decided to upgrade the storage unit anyway so I figured I would be ok. Thankfully I had made the decision to get a bigger space or my belongings would not have fit!! AND I had one less dresser than I had told them over the phone. When I and my movers showed up the door to the storage space was open and there was a microwave still in the unit. Obviously, they didn't check the space once the previous people moved out. Also, there was a lot of snow the day I moved. I realize that is hard to clear but it would have been nice to not have to shovel a drift to reach my interior unit. Also, I was told I would get my first full month free and it had been set up in the computer. My payments are on auto pay and so when I received my statement there was no first month free credited. Other than those few minor details I am pleased with this facility. The staff is friendly and seem to be willing to do what they can to please the customers.

I called the morning of for directions and was told that I did not have a reservation. I showed up there at about 10:30 in the morning and had to use the self check in as there was a note on the door that they would return at 10. I had a hard time with the self checkin system as it was not very responsive.

Very friendly staff. It took less than 10 minutes to fill out paperwork. The unit I rented was very clean. My only complaint is that my storage unit is at the bottom and the bottom gate does not have a security code on it to get in, however the door to actually get into the storage unit does. It's not a big deal and the customer service and price more than make up for it.
