Great customer service
I was treated very well and great customer service. They stopped lunch break to take care of me and did not push extra fees on me like Insurance and was honest about very little issues that would call for insurance and explained everything to me. Very quick and easy check out. Thank you.

Amazing service

I'm in the middle of what is the worst time of my life and had to move. I saw the previous reviews and this storage facility sounded like right where I needed to be. That goes beyond what I thought. Mark, who covers the service desk and sets you all up with your unit is hands down THE NICEST PERSON I have ever met. He treated me with such respect and got me the best deal I could get. I even had a nervous breakdown in their driveway and Mark came out to see if he could help. I told him that their truly is an Angel here on earth. His name is Mark.

I was moving from san diego, found this location, spoke to mark who went above and beyond to assist and more importantly reduce stress with relocation. I couldnt ask for better service. He even had back up plans for me if my space too small. The facility is clean, easily accessible and feels secure. I could not be more pleased or appreciative of the facilities as well as the customer service! Reminds me why its so nice to be back in this part of the country. Heartelt thanks!!

Quick and easy, the unit was clean and ready when I arrived.
Set the unit up on my phone; got a prompt response and met with the people to sign the paperwork which only took about 10 minutes; he answered all my questions and I moved in two days later; my backroom is cleaned out and ready to remodel; very good.

Great unit for a great price!
SS & B Storage offers the most inexpensive option for storage unit rental in Springfield. Their facility is clean, secure, and out of the way from traffic on the busy streets. Their team was able to answer our questions and set us up with a facility to meet our needs in an efficient and friendly manner. Will definitely recommend!

Great customer service for a great price
The unit was spotless upon move in and very affordable! The service rep was both friendly and very helpful in answering our questions and making sure we were satisfied. The units are gated and require a key code for entry and there are also cameras everywhere which is comforting.

This facility is an outstanding place. The prices were the best in the area, and the facility is better than the others I researched as well. Plus, they gave me a Veteran's discount. For those interested, they also offer senior and student discounts. Plus, they will take your US Mail and packages at no extra price. All around the best around.

I switched over to a smaller unit based on what was online, it stated the first month free, but was denied that and instead transferred remainder of month to new unit. New unit was exceptionally dirty and filled with spiders and webs amongst other bugs. Unit was not cleaned prior to move in.

Very friendly staff and management and very affordable prices
Prices are excellent we have two big units and they were available and affordable right when we needed them. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The site is clean of debris, very well lit and has cameras everywhere, which is a great deal to know your unit and belongings are secure, and also has a motorized gate with a key code so you know not anybody is going to be able to access the site. I would definitely recommend to a friend and actually have.
