change of ownership blues

their computer system doesn't work, one of the gate code boxes doesn't work, and because the computer system doesn't work, they have no Internet, the gate code that they give you doesn't work so you must use a temporary code which has to be changed weekly at the time of rental. They only had one transport cart to be used and so if somebody else was there and using it, you just had to wait or leave and come back. The biggest problem is once you enter a gate code you can get into the building. There is no additional security and there should be beyond you putting a lock on your unit.
