They will raise your rent without notification

I have two storage building at this place. They raised my rent 3 times within 6 months an neither time did they notifie me about the raise. But you be late with your payment and they get in touch with you that day. I also have automatic payment every month and 3 months they have tried to charge me a late fee when it's there responsibility to pull the money out of my account. This place is very unprofessional. It happened when they changed names.
