Fantastic experience
I made an online reservation while out of town and Shanell called me back within minutes to confirm and express her willingness to help. Later, I had to edit my reservation, and Shanell was so accommodating and kind. On our move-in date, she was in the office, and saw us quickly; offering a particular parking space for our storage vehicle, but allowed us to choose any we wanted if we did not like that one. We chose a different spot, and Shanell finished the reservation in an efficient, professional, and pleasant manner. Her office mate was also hospitable, and our experience was 5-star.

Shanell is a definite keeper!

Totally unacceptable
I needed another storage unit. the girl was new and had to call her manager to get me another unit. She then gave me an access code that didn't work. When I told her that she said, " I don't know, that's the only code I have". I had to go in behind someone else. Then she didn't unlock the unit so I went back to the office and she had already left knowing my code didn't work. It took about 45 minutes to get her back to unlock the unit. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

Great availability of unit
Only reason I gave 4 stars I had to wait 45 minutes for first time to get keys/access numbers even though facility was already open (9:15-10:00). The employee was making a bank run. I was using a rental truck so had to rush to get truck back to facility to avoid paying a full day's price. Since I had waited over 30 minutes already I refueled rental truck down the road around 9:50. I had left Tn. at 4:30 a. m. to get rental truck in Gastonia by 8, then truck back by 11. I didn't have many items to unload so waiting and rushing against time was frustrating. The gal working was very helpful, including helping me to reach items far back in truck and helping me to close truck in the back since it's so high up from the ground. I'm a senior citizen and already exhausted by this time. I called customer service while waiting and was confused about having to redo application I had done days earlier.

This is the perfect storage place
I love this storage I can pull my truck in the garage to unload indoors, they supply carts, and have clean bathrooms. I appreciate the little something extra.
