Unit has been Broken Into
The unit assigned to me has clearly been broken into and never fixed. The lock is barely attached to the flimsy door frame that was severely damaged during the break in.
We have gone to the facility many times, during business hours, over the past 3 days and NO ONE is ever in the office. We don't know who to call. We don't know how to get help.

Unsatisfactory
The unit was dirty, and wallboard between units falling down. Prolly could reach into unit beside it, or just pull wallboard down.
The gate to the facility was open the entire weekend no security what’s so ever

This does not have to do with my...
This does not have to do with my booking experience. This has to do with today, October 12th. I arranged with my moving company to come today in the morning. This morning I arrived before the office was open. Upon arrival the moving company and I realized that my unit would not suffice for all the items I had. I knew it Public Storage was not open just yet. We decided to wait until 9:30. The total wait was about an hour. In that time there was a person who came and opened the door to get in. This was before opening time. I was under the impression. When the store opened they would come to the front to help customers. I walked back to my storage unit to close it up and get ready to talk the store manager. Upon walking back up front at 9:30, I noticed that the lights were off and there was a sign saying that the manager would be back at 10:10. This means that they did not wait or inform me they were leaving or see if I needed anything. The movers and I had already been waiting 1hr 20min and would now have to wait longer. It then was 10after 10:00 as the sign said and there was still no manager in sight. They were not onon the property that entire time. I was the only person there besides a person who drove into their unit. I called another location in the area for help but didn't get any from them since they don't have the information to the Ohenry location. At about 10:32 someone did pull up to only say they couldn't help because the power was out. They then drove off. The individual never ever got out or turned the car off. They didnt ask me for any information, she just left. I know that the was a storm last night but I'm quite sure she or anybody could have done more than that to help. First thing that could have been done was the person who put the sign up could have also wrote power is out to let customers know they are closed. They have also put a valid time on the window. There could have been a change to the voicemail for that location stating there was no power and would be closed today. I am very displeased with this location today because I was patient enough to wait for a person who didn't come back on time and wasn't there when the store opened in the first place. Because of this I have to have the movers keep my stuff on their truck which I'm being charged for until I'm back in town on Tuesday. I also have to verify that this location has power and someone will be there to help me with getting another unit, if available. I am normally very understanding of situations but this one is not one I can be understanding of since I know this could have been avoided with simple communication of any type by Public Storage. Again this does not have anything to do with Brionni who helped me prior to today. I don't know who was supposed to be in today but this was the worst service I've ever received. That's actually not a correct statement since there wasn't any service given this morning (Friday October 12th).

Had a great customer service experience with the rep on site I believe her name was Kristy. Very helpful, she walked me to the unit showed me how to properly open and close and apply the lock. Answered all my questions and reassured me of safety of the property

Kristy was very helpful! She got us in and out in no time which is exactly what we wanted! She was extremely professional and personable and was able to answer all of our questions. The unit was exactly what we needed as far as space and the location of the facility is ideal for our needs since we will be moving across town and the location is right on the highway that we will travel to get to our new home. Definitely recommend this location!

Property manager was nice and helpful ...
Property manager was nice and helpful over the phone as well as in the office during the process. I just wasn't expecting to be blind-sided by an extra fee (i.e. insurance premium) on top of the on-line special. I wasn't told about it up front over the phone. I didn't find out about it, until I was already there in the office signing the papers in order to move into the small storage unit. I didn't appreciate being forced to pay more per month because of the unexpected and mandatory fee either. Otherwise, the move-in process was pretty easy and quick. Thanks!

They made sure I was satisfied before leaving
When I to one to talk to somebody and view the storage, I was about to leave to talk to my husband. She asked if I didn't get it what would be the reason. I explained to her about the monthly rent price was high and that I had saw one a little bit cheaper. We went inside and she looked up one at another location and found me one for a lower price. Reserved it for me and I went to talk to the other lady and got the storage unit the same day. They made sure I did not leave unsatisfied

Nice storage, great staff but disappointed with the bugs.
The staff was really great. They explained everything thoroughly. The unit sizes are awesome. The overall site is clean, security system is great and the hours are reasonable. The only problem I ran into was my items were packed without bugs and during the unpacking I came across a few roaches. If this is something to be expected in storage it should be told up front. However, I would think regularly scheduled pest control maintenance would solve the issue.
