Great customer service and facility!
Customer service was great! Eric helped us with everything we needed and was very accommodating, he recognized we did not need the larger unit we had originally reserved and saved us some moves moving us to a smaller Unit. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the gate is being fixed at the moment

Great space for price
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The space was very large and the unit was a quarter of what I was paying elsewhere. The only downfall is that there is no 24 hour access and the gates lock at 9 pm, so if you are still inside the gates, the gate codes stop working and you are now locked in. There were also some issues to the drywall in my unit - falling down from the ceiling and evidence of a previous leak. Overall better than I imagined for the price.

It was raining when my transaction was...
It was raining when my transaction was in process. Ms. Kandy never made reference to it and processed me even with her computer glitches! It froze then dropped eveything. Her demeanor never changed.

I was happy with everything except being told there was only one unit available at the promotional pricing I got. I felt pressured to get the unit before I needed it in order to not miss out on the promo. It's a great price, but felt like a shady practice.

I love Public Storage!!!
I love Public Storage!!!! Tammy was the most amazing person! She made the whole process of securing a storage space and understanding rules/ payment a seamless process. She let us see the units and decide which one would be right for us. There needs to be more people like Tammy!!! Give that woman a raise!!!!

I worked with Kandy at Public Storage to arrange our reservation and move into the facility. While we ended up having to change facilities due to no availability of a larger climate control unit, she was beyond lovely to work with. She was professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very kind. They could be better in fixing things that are wrong with their units.
I rented a 20x20 unit. Lady was very nice. I found the sheetrock in the ceiling to be falling out and have told management to no avail. No one has called me back or made any kind of effort to fix this problem. Sandi P. Wells 919-215-0790

Public Storage on Atlantic Ave was awesome. The staff was helpful and friendly and I never had any issues accessing my belongings.. They do make you get 'insurance' on your belongings which is good I guess, but a bummer when you are trying to go the cheap route. All in all a great experience and I would recommend and use them again.
