My experience with our local Public...

My experience with our local Public Storage was excellent. From the phone call reserving my unit to the face to face (or mask to mask) with Donna in person was a very cordial, welcoming and professional experience. The location of the unit was easily accessible and I feel our possessions are in a safe place.

Overall decent storage facility with...

Overall decent storage facility with competitive pricing. Staff are friendly and helpful. Gates provide security well enough. the only thing I dont like is closing the facility at 9pm. I would like later access or around the clock access to my storage unit like i would have at a non-gated one.

She explained everything thoroughly and listened to any question that I had as well as answered the questions that I had. She was very helpful, polite, and had great customer service!
