All staff were fantastic from the beginning. Even before I can press send, they had called me to talk through my options and to alert me of somethings that were needed to complete the reservation. No contact, professional, and easy to utilize.

Eatontown NJ location
Bre, at the Eatontown NJ location, was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was so helpful and accommodating! I never felt pressured, and I feel like I'm paying the fairest price for my unit. She was also very helpful in addressing my concerns about how heat, cold, and condensation could affect my belongings. I'm very appreciative of Bre, and I'm excited to have a unit at this location!

Angela and John are superb representatives for Public Storage. Their professionalism, customer service focus and old fashioned civility were so much appreciated. I had rented a unit in shrewsbury that was too small for all the stuff and she and John, the manager at Shrewsbury, were able to find a workable space at the Eatontown location. I'm a fan of Public Storage!

Brought my grandfather in to get a storage unit. He has early stages of dementia and can be really difficult to deal with. I can't even begin to describe how fantastic Angela was with dealing with us. She was so informative and helpful in every way. Her patience is incredible. I'm recommending this facility to everyone else at his nursing home. Thank you for everything!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I went to get my unit and the system was down. I kept getting the run around about the system. To make a long story short, several weeks later I still can access the gate after the office is closed.

Great Customer service from AJ at public storage
Walked in to public storage and was greeted by AJ who signed me up for two parking spaces and a large storage unit . He knew his job well, was very friendly and helpful . Great experience. As a business owner i know customer service is important and he nailed it!!
