Jake is a WONDERFUL StorageOne Property Manager!
I was frustrated with the company where I was storing some household items since they were increasing the unit prices every six months by 25% each time! I had a lot of questions as I was looking for a new storage location. Jake was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in answering my many questions and addressing my storage needs. StorageOne has VERY reasonable prices, and Jake shared their many discount options to find one for me. Then he toured the facility with me, explaining the added security measures for each unit--very reassuring! I was so impressed with Jake and the facility that I signed up on the spot! My artwork and seasonal household items are now secure at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Friendly staff, clean facility, and individually-secured units.
As a recent victim of theft from a break-in at a different storage company in Las Vegas, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to trust another facility with my belongings again. However, after finding StorageOne, met the friendly staff, received a tour of their facility, and was shown how the alarm systems operated for each individual unit, it was enough for me to feel like my items would be safe and secure again. The check-in process was fast and easy. I highly recommend!

Can't find any car the whole building
When I moved my stuff in the 1st time. I can't believe there is no any car to help me load/unload my stuff that I have to do it all by my hands. The manager also go with me to check the whole building and still can't find any one car.

great storage option
Staff is very helpful Rowena did a great job answering all my questions and setting up the account. The facility is in a nice location, hard to get in to (that is a good thing!) and secured very well on the inside. The building is clean on the inside, they offer hand trucks which help in the ease of moving in your items. Highly recommend.

Great customer service, easy, quick, clean and convenient!
I had been dreading getting a storage unit for months after my dad passed away. This facility made the process so much easier. The pricing was great. The person that helped me was kind and the process was quick. The facility is super clean and easy to navigate. They have carts with wheels to help you take your stuff and I felt like my things were well protected.

Exactly we needed
Being in a the hot desert, I needed storage that was cooled. Very hard to find in Henderson which I’m surprised considering the heat. I had Items ruined at previous storage that was suppose to be climate controlled due to the heat, it is not. Checked another facility with swamp coolers, it smelled musty and water was dripping everywhere. Reminded me of Louisiana heat. Next stop, storage one, a brand new facility. Im so incredibly happy I found this brand new facility with amazing customer assistance. I was a bit frazzled and anxious to move my salvaged items when I arrived to see the facility, but Sue and Chris clarified when I asked them to repeat everything. We moved in the next day. Facility is nice and cool like a wine cellar! No Hades heat inside, no dripping water or musty smells. Incredibly clean too! Best location, easy access, unit is close to the elevator too.

Great New Facility With 2 Issues
Great facility, Great staff, very clean. Only issue is that there is no cell phone reception on the bottom 2 floors leaving a legal liability for anyone who gets stuck or hurt down there or has a emergency health issue. Also the humidity level downstairs Is almost 70 percent which needs to be addressed or boxes and people's belongings will get moist and mold. My boxes are damp after 5 days there on the third floor. Overall great facility just a few tweaks to make it a perfect facility.
