Very good storage unit
Never used a storage unit but Angie was able to help me through and set up one very easily and explain what I needed to know. I'll be using this place again in the future if necessary. Once I got to my unit, opened it up and it was very clean for what it was. Customer service was amazing!

So quick and easy
We moved from another city and we’re taking a majority of our things to storage during our transition. The managers called me personally to make sure things were ready for our arrival. The process took like 15 minutes and it made our long day of travel and unloading SO MUCH EASIER. Totally would recommend this location to friends and family!

Just what I needed.
At 5 pm on a weeknight I unexpectedly needed a storage n couldn't find any available for less than $80. It being the holidays n needing it on such short notice made it seem impossible . I called cubesmart and not only did they how did the size unit and needed they also had first month free so all I had to do was pay for insurance and the admin fee.By 6 pm that same day I had found , completed all paperwork , n had access to my storage. They even gave me 24 your access right away so that I may move everything in that night. By far the best experience I've ever had at a storage facility .

Great experience!
Eric the GM, and Kris the Manager, are both very friendly and helpful! The site looks new, and the units are very clean. Every door has its own alarm, and you have a PIN number to open the gate, so these units are very secure. Also, there is a very tiny space open at the top of the units, only for ventilation, so the units get good air circulation. You can access the entry to this site from both sides of he road (there is a left turn lane on the far side of the road), so it's easy to turn in from both ways on the road. And, if you have renter's insurance that also covers storage space, you can save money every month by not having to pay for additional insurance. Finally, Eric the GM lives on-site, so if anyone were to come at night to break into a unit, he would hear the alarm immediately. This is the perfect, safe, clean place to store your items!

My entire overall experience with this location was great when it came to customer service, cleanliness & security. The issue I faced was avoidable. I went in for a unit and should've looked at the unit before it was assigned to me. My unit was on an extreme down hill grade, an entire row of units has to contend with the awkwardness of unloading and loading on an extreme slant, I suppose it'd be great if there were 6 foot flood waters for the people at the top of the slant and terrible for those at the bottom, just a guess. But make sure you see the unit you are going to get and if they put you on the G - Row, make sure the slant won't make your storage experience harder than it has to be...

It was a great experience - filled out simple paperwork, made payment, and moved some stuff in right away. Asst mgr in the office was very cordial and professional. i liked getting a free lock so I didn't have the hassel of buying one. Also, really like the fact there is an alarm on the storage space!
The hours to access are just great. The location seems very safe and secure which is one reason I selected this location. Very pleasant experience. Thanks!

Best facility I've used so far.
The prices are fair and you get the 2nd month free. The administration fee is very fair, $10, as it should be. All other places charge $25 which is ridiculous. And this place also has coffee and cookies in the office. No other place has that. My only complaint is that the floor of my unit was very dusty. I had a little broom and dust pan in my car which helped but I wish I had a shop vac because I couldn't get it really clean with what I had.
