easy access, friendly property manager
The gentleman in the office was friendly and kind...the place is easy to locate and had easy access. the unit was just as described. it was an end unit. It is located in more of a commercial area, which worked perfect. it was close to my location.

Filthy rat-infested facility destroyed our furniture
Look it up online we had Channel 13 News out there to interview the owner to look at our facility there were dead rats inside there were live rats running around outside they destroyed my young adults bedding sofa sleepers and anything that wasn't sealed tight in tubs! They had people living in some units. Owner refused to reimburse us for damages had to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to the health district.

Reservations were not as advertised upon arrival and cost more.
This cost us double what was promised. Advertised at 75 and cost us nearly over 200

Reasonable pricing, kind and helpful attendant and overall security seemed appropreiate
I wish that Westwood Storage sold insurance onsite, I had just sold my home so I could not use homeowners insurance to cover the storage contents. I think it would enhance their business by selling content insurance onsite.
