Price increases every 3 months
District manager and customer service are horrible. Rate increases every 3 months! Other storage managers will do what they can to alleviate some of the increase, this facility does not do anything but increase the price again--price of unit increased $64 in one year!

Easy orientation and very clean
Easy to navigate, very clean and well lit, my only criticism is there aren’t enough carts around, had to wait a couple of times but otherwise everything is great.

New building. Very good rate for now.
New building but storage areas are still dusty. There is no access to the moving carts in after hours. Climate controlled but actually its colder than spouse to be. Drop off area outside of the building but you will not get wet if is rains. Good location, easy to get there. Very good rate for now, I guest it will increase when more customer start to move in.
