Easy reservation and check in
The reservation process was easy. I reserved thru a 3rd party site but I did make contact with the location directly and they were helpful. It would be nice if they had an interface that helped you better determine (visually) the unit size and how to sleep pack the items. If they do have that, I did not find it. Otherwise I am happy with the unit.

The girl that helped me at the front desk was surprisingly pleasant and well aware of all products. She was able to help me in areas I did not know I needed help with for example having a lock. I am grateful for her service and would recommend this place to anyone.

Nicole & the rest of the staff at the St. John's Brooklyn PS Were Amazing
The customer service was unparalleled, quick and truly made my day so much better. I arrived at the storage facility the same day I made the reservation in a frenzy because I had just received news my apartment for that morning's move with my Uhaul already loaded was unavailable. I was incredibly worried about the safety of my things and ended up being taken such good care of that I felt confident in placing all my items in the hallway to take a full 3 hours to move into my unit calmly as my driver returned our UHaul.

Great Service, Convenient Location, Inconvenient Hours
Hana, Daphne, and Alexis were super helpful and friendly! They answered all my questions in a timely and professional manner and were a pleasure to work with. The total rental process took under half and hour and I left happy! When I actually moved my stuff into my container I was frustrated to find that there were a very limited number of carts on-site, and since they were all in use it made moving in somewhat difficult. Alexis was there that day and was extremely helpful, though, so that made me feel better! My only other complaint is the short hours on weekends - you'd think that would be when a storage facility had extended hours but this one is only open until 4:30pm. I feel like the description for 4 stars - "decent treatment" - doesn't accurately reflect my experience because I received wonderful treatment, but I also don't think that the description for 5 stars - "no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone" - overlooks my concerns regarding the move-in process and access hours. If I was rating this company based solely on the people it would get 5 stars.

like whats going on, yet a few changes would be nice.
the girls up front know what there doing, there doing great! Now whats not great is: wish the restroom was clean and working! It would be nice if there was some hand sanitizer and napkins on each floor or any where at that and the most important of all whats up with your hours of operation, whats business closes up @ 5:30, no one has to be there but the accessibility to ones locker is need after normal business hours. the hours of operation don't make seance in a city where even breakfast is served 24 hours a day.
