I really like the way the facility is kept.
Overall I really like the facility and would recommend it to others, my only problem is that the storage fee goes up annually. I believe that customers that faithfully pay on time, should get a price break at times.

Late fee payments
I just wish I had the option to pay in sections. at least every week if it's late even if there's a late fee...So that I can still access my storage.but overall I like this storage in the mean time

I wouldn't have come here had it not been I was on a time crunch. I came here because the price the price was reasonable for comparable units. However, be warned that you'll get what you paid for. Mr. M. Hinds, who is the assistant supervisor, could not give me much info regarding why the price changed from what I was quoted on my reservation. He also could not tell me who to follow up with to have the matter resolved. Also everything has to be done in person so be sure to be in Brooklyn. Seems like electronic communication seems to baffle them.
Run as fast as you can to another location or company! I wouldn't have come here had it not been I was on a time crunch.
