A raised loading dock would have been nice. We were also originally scheduled in a locker in the mezzanine and told it had elevator access. The manager immediately noticed that this would be a problem and assigned us another locker.

I was having a horrible day and i had never used any sort of storage unit before. To say i was stressed was an understatement. The 2 women working, were INCREDIBLY kind and efficient. They got me all set up and made me feel better too. I have already told many of my friends and relatives about the service and cleanliness of the facility. Thank you all so much!
