New Management - Excellent service
This is the first time I've used a self-storage facility and Jason has made the process a breeze. The facility is clean and bright and I appreciated being given an extensive tour before the move occurred. We are taking up a big space and I was happy to see excellent security. The price and location are perfect for us as well. Highly recommend it!

New manager, Jason H., knows how to care for customers.
Jason led us by the hand and showed us the various options available to us. He expedited the entire process and made it painless. He also stayed beyond his regular hours when our movers arrived just before he closed his office. He is a prize.

No respect to customer
I rented a storage 10x20 from this place to store business materials . When I signed the contract I asked the manager (I believe his name is Carlos) to make sure invoice will be sent to my office for payment . When I came a month later to pickup something from the storage ..I was told by the manager that I am late by few days and I can't get my stuff . I told the manager that we never got the invoice ,so he told me he sent the invoice via email . I gave the manager my CC to pay and to my surprise he charged me access of $70 as penalty ! When I protest and ask to talk to his manager he ordered me to leave the place .when I told him I need my stuff ...and I won t leave without talking to his manager he called the police on me . I will not come back to this place ever ! And I won't recommend anyone to rent a place at this location .I will do my best to let the comunity knows what kind of people safe gourd amployee at their Hewlett location .there are many good storage place around this aria avoid this one !!!!!!! To safe gourd I would say, get a new manager !!!

Unit to use when I moved to NY on November 17 2012 The day before I was scheduled to arrive I was called by Carlos to say they would not be able to keep the unit for me NOT EVEN 1 DAY HE CLAIMED HE WAS CALLED BY HIS CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS AND TOLD TO LET IT GO AND HE SAID HE HAD TO ABIDE BY THE RULES OF THE PEOPLE WHO WRITE HIS CHECK!!! tHANK GOD I WAS ABLE TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY AND GET HELP SINCE MY THINGS WERE ALREADY PACKED AND READY TO COME TO NY FROM VIRGINIA I PERSONALLY THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE SCUM!!! AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS.
