From the reservation online, to the completion of the paperwork it all went very smooth. When I came to the location to complete the process and see my unit the women were amazing.. seeing my unit I got little confused on location while inside but I just took a picture for future reference.

This was the easiest and most friendly storage experience I've ever had. Staff was very accommodating and helpful, even after office hours. The facility was clean and very well lit. The pricing was also very reasonable. I highly recommend using this Middletown location. You will not regret it.

Best storage ever!

Best storage ever! Awesome customer service… Both Deanna and Caryn are wonderful! The facility is clean, well lit, and actually so nice looking that I took pictures! There are no bugs or critters of any kind and to make sure that they’re never will be they do monthly treatments to the facility. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and I will never use any other storage facility ever!

access is easy, unit is spotless, very convenient

There is only one issue my wife and I have. Considering the size of the facility there in only a single bathroom and it is currently "out of order"and that is a tough issue when you're trying to fill a unit with NO place to take care of mother nature. Other than that we had NO issues with the ins and outs. Thank you

This company cares about its customers! Customers come first, money 2nd. From the first phone conversation to the last time in person, the staff and owner were very helpful, and friendly. The facility is accessible 24/7 which is very convenient. To my surprise, when moving my belongings out of storage there was water damage to my couch and stuffed chair. Once you visit the facility you will see why it was surprising- very clean and new - looking building. Again, the staff and owner took care regarding the damage done to my furniture.; as best they could

Safe, immaculate storage facility in Middletown, NY

This is the best storage facility we have ever used. The units are all indoors and climate-controlled. It smells clean inside. You must enter security credentials twice (two doors) before gaining access to the units. There are plenty of good-sized moving carts, so moving items from a truck/car into the facility is very easy. We especially appreciate the customer service provided by Deanna.

Immaculately Clean and Friendly Helpful Staff

We used Safe Haven to store our possessions during the sale of our home and while we were in between residences. The office staff were helpful, and polite. Prices were very reasonable. The facility itself was immaculately clean and well maintained. Plenty of carts available for customers to use. Parking was ample and provided easy level access to the building. Good security system and motion sensor lighting inside so you never felt unsafe. Good location for our purposes. We would definitely recommend and if we ever require a storage unit again, we would definitely be back.
