Expansive facility with great pricing
Expansive storage facility which is great! My only complaint is that I had to sweep it out for cleanliness and I also sprayed for pests since my unit is outside. The door is a little hard to slide up so I will put some oil to fix that. Weeds growing around the facility the concrete spacing. But all in all, I'm happy, it's just an older facility that's all

Got a good price for an indoor unit
I needed 2 large unit to help move 2 separate family members and found this location had (2) 15x10 indoor units and was just $77/month each.

The young lady that awaited on me was leavi g when i caught her to tell her the unit she gave me was taken abd was al ready gone when i went back a second time for the same issue. I found an empty unit and moved into it.

Several issues to overcome to get checked in properly.
Was never able to get the keypad for gate access to work; too much dirt under the storage unit door to get the door to shut completely.

Beechmont Self Storage went the extra mile to save me a 30 mile drive and handled my reservation over the phone with the help of a fax machine. Showed up to a spotless unit that was perfect for our needs. No long term contracts and I have 24 hour, secure access to all my stuff. Simple process. The guy at the front desk was thorough and professional. I wish they would've swept the pile of cigarette butts out of the unit before I moved my stuff into it, but other than that it was good.

They were great but...
The process of moving into my new and it was super easy. Customer service was amazing. The drawback of this unit is as soon as I moved in we found roaches at this point we're not sure if there cockroaches or if their wood roaches . Hopefully this gets resolved soon

Great storage facility
I needed a place to hold my things during Summer break from school and began the search. I found Beechmont and the price with the value and the size needed made the decision easy. Zach was very helpful and the paperwork was a breeze! The storage is facility is secure and the unit was very clean inside (Zach even came down and double checked before I put my things in). Access is very convenient as its just off I-275. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

Satisfied With My Decision to use Beechmont Storage for my needs
I have only used the facility for a brief time but so far am pleased with the unit and overall grounds. Pluses are location, near 275 exit, price is great, and roomy space in unit. It is clean, dry and will fit all my items.
