Helpful, friendly, and the price is reasonable.
My girlfriend and I are just looking for a quick place to store her belongings before the apartment is ready. The management and staff are very friendly, understanding, and were very helpful. She showed general interest in our questions, and answered them to the best of her ability. It is not temperature controlled however, but for the price of the unit, it was very reasonable. What we liked the most, is that there are no contract or commitment like some other storage facilities. So it's great for people who just need a month to month stay. Overall, it is a good place, and I reccomend it to other that are in similar situations.

They made renting very easy and simple.
I feel that the Insurance is a little high but other than that everything was nice. Great Customer service. It would be better if there was 24 hr access, that slowed down my moving and extended it an extra day because I had to wait from 10 PM until 6am to gain access. But overall I am satisfied.

Clean Me!!
I saw the storage a week before I started a rental agreement. It was clean, but when I went to sign the agreement clothes and box were all over the place! Items were on the floor of the elevator. I asked the on site manager when do they clean around here! One door I went thru the latch didn't work! That needs to be fix asap!
When see those change I might tell other people!

Although the neighborhood leading up to the facility was rather daunting the facility itself is very clean and safe. I wouldn't recommend going after dark but its a great value and has everything we needed.

great customer service until uncertainties
was very impress with the customer service until the day of arrival with my items. was told it was ok over three times to bring my pod to deliver my things yet when time came there were a lot of uncertainty which brought pressure on my move, if this would had not happen I would be a complete satisfied patriot.

Cubesmart - 2 Locations
The first cubesmart that I went to was on the East Side of Cleveland. It was not in the greatest neighborhood and the route to get there was filled with potholes and other questionable neighborhoods. I did not feel very safe at all. Then, when I arrived at the facility, I learned that "drive up" had a completely different meaning than what I thought. Regardless of whether you had a first or second floor unit, you had to go down long, dark hallways to get to your specific unit. There was air conditioning only in the elevator, so it was extremely hot. I felt unsafe and decided to look at the other location near me.
This time I went to the South Marginal Road Location. It was much nicer, with an actual drive up to the units. It was cleaner and more secure. When I was at the other unit, there was no privacy at all when meeting in the main office. I could hear and see anyone's information when they walked in to talk to the office person.
I like my new unit much better; however, the inconsistency in pricing is not the greatest. The unit in the second location was double the other unit. Since these are all affiliated under the CubeSmart name, they should have more consistent pricing.
I recommend the South Marginal Road location to anyone who's looking for a unit near downtown Cleveland, that's secure, relatively easy to drive to, and has actual drive up unit access. My ratings are a little lower only because of my experience with the first location.

Wish my past storage experiences were this good
Right from the start I knew this was going to be a good experience. The staff was very helpful in getting me into the right size storage, they moved me closer to the elevator and were very friendly. The facility seems very secure. I have had negative experiences in the past so was very reluctant to use storage again, but am confidant that I have now found the right facility!
