Very easy renting the unit. Comparably priced. Very clean and easy access!! Every indoor storage unit I've ever rented they never have any carts. I walked in to put my stuff in storage and there was three carts it was great!

The best storage units EVER!
I’ve been looking around for a storage unit for what seems like forever & then I came across a sponsored ad about Space Shop Self Storage. I’m so happy I chose this self storage place and was shocked when I found out how much I had to pay a month for my unit. And a woman named Maria who helped me finish up my purchase was so kind, generous & even helped me carry some boxes of my belongings up the stairs when the elevator was down for a few.

Inflation Pricing Not Realistic
A 10x10 unit should be a flat 35/Month. No other fees or charges of any kind. With all the added charges and forced insurance on unit; not much purpose having any unit for long term use. It's as if the company is telling its customers to go frantically figure out where to put your stuff in the near future as quickly as possible and they do not care to have your business. I can see why storage companies are becoming more and more empty all over Columbus. No value.

Clean modern facility with the best rental agent
When you think about, it's never fun to put your personal items in storage. However, because of the way I was "taken care of" at this facility made it was actually bearable.
Maria, the rental agent was absolutely the best. Her kind demeanor, her professionalism and attention to detail made this experience much (much) better than average. Maria was very through, explained everything in detail and made me feel like she was happy to have my business. I have used other facilities in the past and received mediocre, disinterested service at best but here at Space Shop Storage customer service is alive and well. Would I recommend this "storage place" to my friends? Absolutely yes!

I LOVE MY STORAGE UNIT THE PERSON ON DUTY JAN 7,2023 NOT WELCOME ME
I really like the young lady that was on duty Jan 6,2023 when I sign my contact. She was very warm friendly and made me feel like family. The other person that was on duty Saturday Jan 7,2023 when I move in was cold not caring at all. She was not friendly and most hurting thing she never smile. I will call your corp office about her customer service practice. Maybe I should find another storage unit some where else.

Good facility
It's a good facility. The doors are secured but are easy to access for customers. The space is clean and organized, with corridors wide enough to move large furniture. The elevator to the second floor is large enough for a cart they provide. The price level is fair. I just wish they could be more transparent with additional costs, like insurances requirements, non-refundable monthly rents (if you want to move out at the middle of a month) and requiring auto-pay to get the 50% discount. Overall, I'm happy with the move-in experience.
