My daughter and I were treated very well upon arrival. The staff took us on a tour. Helped us decide on the unit to best accommodate our needs. Very helpful and professional. Super clean & safe!
We rented a 10x 30 unit and were very happy with amount of space it provided, enough for a car and more!

Love this facility
We wanted a facility that was indoors. The manager Victoria was super helpful and the facility is very nice. Having a drive in port is very convenient and made moving a lot easier. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, up to date, and accommodating
This facility is so clean, the unit was spotless, as were the hallways and office. I had a unique circumstance and the manager was very accommodating and helpful. The storage facility is over 25 miles from my home, but well worth the travel distance for a climate controlled, spotless, accommodating experience.

Frustrating
I was scheduled to move in on Sat 02/13/21 and sent email 02/03 confirming my desire to move in on 02/13 as well as indicated to size of the unit desired - no reply. I arrived at the facility Sat 02/13 at approx 11AM with a truckload of items to put in storage. Go to the office which typically has hours on Sat 9a-4p only to find a sign on the door posting new temporary office hours and Sat the office is now closed.
I used the kiosk to complete my rental and went right in as someone had just entered the building and the gate & door were still open. I unloaded my belongings and attempted to use the gate code as displayed on my rental agreement and got an error message indicating unknown code. How can the code be unknown when the system just issued me the code just prior to me accessing the facility?
Fortunately, there happened to be someone else nearby that was accessing their unit and was kind enough to use their code to let me out of the building. I immediately went back to the entrance gate and entered the gate code as issued and got the same error message.
I called the "emergency" phone number on Sat 02/13 and at the time of writing this review, I have yet to receive a return call to correct the issue of the unknown code.
Frustrating to say the least!

Fantastic Facility
This facility is sooo nice. In doors and we can drive up to the unit, which was so convenient with moving. It’s clean, temperature controlled. I feel so much better about leaving g my stuff there. I was initially very nervous, but now I feel more secure.

Great place to store items!
The service is great! The onsite staff is very helpful and super easy to work with. The storage area is clean, climate- controlled, and plenty big to store all my items. The indoor access and camera surveillance help me rest easy at night knowing my items are secure. The moving carts & accessories are a plus. The ability to drive into the facility and unload is amazing and super convenient, especially in inclement weather. This is a great place to store your items!
