Very clean
Im very pleased with the unit how clean easy excess how friendly the attendant was just was upset that it’s advertised that a truck was available to use if u were 50miles or less free!!! That’s why I choose this facility but they said the motor blew up and they are not replacing it I was very upset!!!!!

I reserved this storage unit a 10 x 10 over the phone thru Penske and all was Fabo!! The Manager Denise is a Blast with a Great personality. I do agree that I should have been told about the extra fees up front but still it was a great deal, and a very clean unit.

We were very pleased with the Manager, Denise, at this facility in North Olmsted. When I called I talked to someone in Austin, TX. He was good but two things were not mentioned. The $22 Admin fee along with the monthly insurance required. Would suggest these be mentioned to eliminate surprises.
