I have been charged three times!
I like the unit and the location. I feel the site is secure. However, getting the unit has been a pain! Nobody on site so you do everything online. I have been charged THREE times! THREE! My 5x10 unit is 56 bucks and change for the first month (with discount from promo). They have charged me that amount three times so they are sitting on about 113 bucks of MY money, and I have yet to get a resolution! I am PISSED OFF!

Convenient, private, affordable storage units
Signing up was easy, I was able to reserve and pay for my storage unit online and was immediately given my gate access code. No hassle, quick service. Unit was clean. Unfortunately the outlets have covers with locks on them so I've had to figure out other means of lighting for when I need to stop by after the sun goes down.

Of course the day I was there paying a moving truck by the hour the check in kiosk was down so it had to be done over the phone which definitely took longer and they never mentioned I needed my own lock - I’ve never used storage before and just assumed that was part of the deal
