Too long and trying to sell me too many things

Getting the unit was about a 30 minute process that took way too long. The guy was trying to sell me a lock after I told him I already had one. Tried to sell me insurance when I had one and using my one took so long to setup. The app is the most annoying thing of all. So many doors to unlock and my phone died

Beautiful, clean, safe, facility. I like the way the access is controlled via app. Good pricing, although I would have preferred to read the additional costs up front: eg insurance and “one time admin fee”. I was also sold a lock for the unit. This is unnecessary, and I couldn’t return it. I am very pleased with this purchase

Good facility with some reservations.

I was originally attracted by the price. Once I paid the "one-time fee" and bought the insurance, the price was no longer as good as it initially seemed. Noce location, clean, and the manager (Josh) was ultra helpful.
